What colleges in Oklahoma have good art programs?

I had several of my artsy friends go there, and they were more then pleased with the classes, programs, professors, selections, etc. This university concentrates on arts and science (as stated in the title!) 🙂 I would definately check it out. There are other majors, but they are limited.
