What can be a good imformative speech to give in class?
I have a speech class that I’m attending and I need help on what topic to choose. It can be almost anything. It must be about 4-6 minutes. Keep in mind I don’t know much about the news or anything so I can’t really write much about that stuff. ( political,war,government issues ). Is there anything I can write about that will be easy for me to find more information about on the internet and doesn’t involve TOO MUCH research? It must IMFORM or TEACH…not a persuasive speech. HELP! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Why won’t you choose a topic that you are interested in? Do you have something that you love to do? Here are some possible suggestions: Vaccines ( different types, history, etc), how to detect a false painting, how to uncover a crime (sort of like CSI), how to play an instrument…choose a topic you are most comfortable with and have much knowledge in, or a topic that is unique. Make your speech interesting, bring in props, involve the students, and have fun!

Sorry, you do have to do some research to present well.
Even if you only use part of the material, you will have to read it all to fully understand your subject.
