What brand of back packs lasted you through high school?
My niece is starting high school and we’re looking for a new backpack for her. Any good brands in particular that will last at least 2 years or if possible 4 years? I heard LL bean was good but is there any other brands that you would recommend? Thanks. I appreciate the input.

I would suggest getting a Jansport. They are probably the most popular and respected brand. I had one for almost 3 years. It would have lasted longer, but I wanted to get one in a different color. They come with guarantees so if your backpack breaks or doesn’t last for some reason you can usually get another one for free. Plus there is a huge variety of Jansport bags. They come in several colors, patterns, and designs.
LL Bean is too expensive and I don’t think they are any better.

Jansport is the best she could get. They’re durable and last practically forever and a simple black one never goes out of style so chances are she won’t be asking for a new backpack every year 🙂

LL Bean is good, my friends had those and they lasted.
I have had two North Faces, one of them lasted five years, the other lasted two months. They’re more expensive than LL Bean anyway.
Jansport’s OK, too. My brother has used his for years.

Definitely Jansport… Anybody who was anybody had a Jansport. Some kids carried Eastpacks too, but they got made fun of at my high school.

LL bean is 2 expensive. get a lenovo lap top book bag. that way she can use it for her books and lap top. I’ve had it for 2 years and its still in great condition.
