What are somethings that are being done to prevent plagairism?

Art Psycho is correct. I will not reveal the modern key to plagiarism detection, either. However, I assure you that your professor will be just giddy about catching someone! Might want to read the college policy about the effects of plagiarism of your status as a student.

what some schools do is get a plagirism tutorial and require you to take a course on that. this is to prevent plagirism. Also another way to prevent plagirism is having resources at the libarary to show you how to correctly document a paper. Also a way that some teachers catch you if you plagiris is to put your put the said paper suspected on google and see if it comes up with a match. and a punishment is suspension, acadmic probabsion or displine depending on which school you are at. wish you luck

Most of the time college professors look for something that sounds a bit out of your range. Like saying something they now that you wouldn’t actually know. As far as I know, most of them Google catch phrases and see if there are any matches.

But seriously, you should write your own papers, because plagiarism means academic death!! No one wants a person who steals others information.

At my school, if someone is caught plagiarizing, the punishments go from failing the assignment to failing the class. They can be kicked out of school. And since I teach at a military base, they could theoretically be sent to military prison for defrauding the government.
