What I do is very similar to what you see above, I keep a list of the things I need to do the next day and I try to calculate the time it’s going to take me to do it, so I write everything down and then I try to stick to it every day. Try to set yourself up with realistic goals, don’t write down a 20-things-to do-list you’re not going to be able to finish them all in one day because you will beat yourself up over it. I have found that writing down everything is better because it reminds you of the things you need to do for the day and when you can’t finish something, you can leave it for the next day. Try to list the most important things first and then the easiest ones for later.
