list your items, schedule them into the calendar and do it at the time allotted

and get yourself an accountability partner

Join a union

The only way in my viewpoint is to keep yourself cool & calm disregard to the environment around you. Build up your own personality and try to keep yourself disciplined. You can expect discilpine around you unless you yourself don’t initiate it. Change yourself, and then see, the world around you will be changing itself to synchronize with your frequency.
