Are you sure you have that number right? There is no 3232 in the online Watson Pharmaceutical database. There is a Watson 3202 that has the same description, does it look like this?

If so, it’s 5 mg of Hydrocodone and 325 mg of Acetaminophen in the same tablet.
This, of course, would be a powerful prescription painkiller.
