Neither of them are correct. There is no such word as “writed”. That question should be: “Was this sentence written correctly?”. The second one beginning “economics of an…..” is not a sentence as it has no verb.

That is a fragment. A true sentence has a subject (THE MAIN NOUN OF THE SENTENCE) and a predicate (DESRIBING WHAT THE SUBJECT IS DOING, MUST CONTAIN A VERB) IS is a verb.

Your 1st sentence was also wrote wrong. It should be, “Was this sentence wrote correctly?”
