Well, you can just remix the old “You are what you eat” slogan and probably come up with something good.
How about…
Grow up, not out!
I like something with alliteration using the alphabet, if this slogan is to be used as education for kids…
“Aim for A’s…Apples, Apricots, etc”
“Flee from F’s…French Fries, Fast Food”
Then you could subhead it with something like
Fast Food doesn’t make you faster!
Eat fresh fruit not french fries.
Be fit, not fat.
I don’t think the problem is how much kids are eating so much as it is *what* they are eating.
