Volunteer for a high school student who’s interested in pharmacy?

I already planned what classes to take and what schools to have my eyes on.

But I’m not sure what kind of volunteer jobs should I do to show my commitment to this major.

you may want to consider volunteering at a hospital because you’re getting into a profession that has to deal with medicine and you could see how it affects people. Once you apply to colleges having volunteer experience in a hospital may make you look more appealing.

Try applying for a position at the pharmacies in like CVS or the local drug stores. That way you not only get hands on experience in a pharmacy, but you will also get paid. If you’re really not interested in a job research your local hospitals, because most hospitals have pharmacies within them and may be looking for student volunteers.
