It is not about how many years you went to college, it is about how many credit hours you have, and did you coplete a bachelor’s degree. Another thing for you will be GMAT and TOEFL scores – make sure you do well on both.
I completed my BBA in 3 years and went straight into the MBA program. It was not a problem, because I met all of the requirements.

If you have the right number of credits and the college was accredited, you should be fine. If not, few places will.
You might think about working first. I’ve heard that businesses don’t like to hire MBA’s without work experience.
