use the distributive property a(b+c)=ab+ac
so… 12x- 8-3x<3+3x-7 step 2; add like numbers; 9x-8<3x-4 step 3; subtract 3x from 9x, add 8 to -4 (cuz we gotta switch the sides, so we gotta switch the signs) 6x<4 step 4; divide 4 by 6 to find what x equals x=2/3 so, i hope that made sense.... dude!, you're goin to college this fall and you still gotta do problems like this?? wtf, i'm drunk as f*ck and I can still do it...i think you just need some hot teachers, helped a lot for me.. ; ) oh christ, figure it for yourself now.... and same method moron (i say that with luv)...

a million. distribute the 7 for the (3x+6) and the unfavourable into the (x+2) you may get 21x +40 two – 11 = -x -2 2. subtract 11 from 40 two and pass the -x from the suitable area to the left area. so as to do you could need to function the x you may get 22x + 31= -2 3. subtract the 31 from -2 you may get 22x = -33 4. divide -33 with the aid of 22 you may get the fraction answer of -33/22 that could decreased to -3/2
