updated childcare question?
I asked a question this morning about childcare and what I needed to get started. I guess I wasn’t very clear people were wanting to know if I wanted to open one or just work in one I just want to work there. I realized this is something I want to do when I went to pick up my daughter the other day all the kids ran up to me and gave me a hug I have always had a connection with kids. I don’t know if I need to take classes or what so if you can help with that it would be great. Also something to help with the question is I live in Kansas.

I live in texas. I loved working in the daycare. The classes are some the owner some help provide . My boss hire me b/c first mother of 4 at the time.He paid for all the classes for us. Some don’t, which is crapy. I had 15 credit in a year. It is costly .
To open your own . The state is very involved , you are required college . i believe 2 yrs.
I was sad when i had to quit, i got pregnant w/ twins.
I only made 7.50 an hr. but free daycare for my one son.
