Concurrent is when you take your classes along with your BA requirements. At the end of your University stay you have your Ba as well as your teaching credential. You can take your classes in any order.

Consecutive is where you fulfill your Ba requirements first. then apply to the credential program and do all of the teaching classes after your BA.

Concurrent is both at the same time and consecutive is one after another.

I do hope the programs educate teachers on the use of a dictionary.
