Tuition answer loans?
I just sent in all my information for a tuition answer loan from sallie mae. they told me it would take two weeks to get a check. does this sound right? Anyone know how to get it faster? I need it to buy college uniforms for nursing school.

This sounds standard for any private loan. There are various procedures banks have to go through to verify your identity, make sure you’re enrolled in an accredited university, etc. Plus the time it takes the check to go through the mail. You can probably check the status of your loan by calling them or checking on their website.
