I’ll second that!

Go on, give us a clue – even the merest snippet of a hint – just to give us some idea of what we’re supposed to be aiming for……

The arrangement of the letters in obvious pairs, and the provision of the explicit key phrase “GEOCACHING IS FUN”, immediately suggested the well-known Playfair cipher as described in the Wikipedia page below.

Setting up the 5 x 5 square with G E O C A / H IJ N S F / U B D K L / M P Q R T / V W X Y Z, and decoding the letters pair by pair as specified on the web page, gives a message which begins THE CACHE IS LOCATED AT N… (after inserting the obvious space characters). You can do the rest of it yourself.

Edit, 1 day later: you couldn’t be bothered? “The cache is located at North 40 degrees 19.822 minutes and West 080 degrees 2.371 minutes, good luck.” That’s somewhere about 25 miles south of Pittsburgh, PA.

Unless you’re an alien or some kind of secret decoder, the “puzzle” you ask to be solved is an impossible one. There is no pattern or sequence or anything at all to go on.

Sorry, I usually like a challenge, but this is no puzzle, rather it’s a big JOKE !!

That’s not a puzzle. It’s a bunch of random pairs of letters. You need to explain what we’re supposed to do with them.
