to open a day care centre do u need to be educated ?
my friend who is not completely educated wants to know if she can open a day care centre she is 20 years old has only finished high school n had some family problems thats y she couldnt finish her school now she wants to have a day care centre can she open one ?or not ?

yes she can. she only has to take cpr classes and such to get a license.

Yes I do beleive she does. The best place to find out is the business licensing place. They should be able to tell you friend. She will also need a business license and approval from the government.
