Things I need to do to get into a great college?
In freshman year I got straight A’s, and I plan to keep a 4.0 or higher throughout my high school years. I was on the basketball and tennis team. What are some other things that will look good on my college transcript…besides SAT’s, ACT’s, etc. and community service?

a lot of colleges are now looking for students who stand out from a crowd, not just the overachieving student. make sure you take a rigorous course schedule, but that doesn’t mean to overload yourself, because if you start failing and have to get out of the class, that makes it look worse. just take advance classes and study a lot, make this a really important priority! just try to do as much as you can. be in clubs, extracurricular activities and definitely some community service looks really good on college applications! good luck with everything! hope i helped!
