I was woundering if this is a good thesis statement. The subject of the paper is “Are you for or against needle exchange program”. The thesis is “we should really think about what the consequence of a needle exchange program would do. “

Be more specific in your statement; take a stand on what you feel the consequence would be. eg. The reason the needle exchange program works is that it helps in reducing disease. Then go into detail with facts to prove your point.
