I was woundering if this is a good thesis statement. The subject of the paper is “Are you for or against needle exchange program”. The thesis is “we should really think about what the consequence of a needle exchange program would do encourage drug use, law enforcement problems, and community problems. “

provide your reader with a “guide” to your argument is what a thesis statement does. I like it but maybe I would try it with an example in like why is it a bad..and then to the conseqence etc. . Any thing else message me and I’ll do the best I can to help!

thesis statements are not in question form. are you really writing a thesis? a thesis statement includes the cause and effect, and the population and area concerned. try restructuring your statement.
