Teachers, when can you tell if a student is depressed?
Cause my health teacher from freshman year thought I was depressed, which I was a little bit, but I tried not to show it.
I’m a high school junior now.

lack of focus, sudden change in mood/behavior/work ethic, hanging around with different friends, or avoiding usual friends,…these are just a few signs

Not talkative and lack of motivation to learn or even to play in the gym, which is rare.
