Students loans with bad credit?

Does anyone know of any websites that offer student loans for people with bad credit, without needing a co-signer? Or other federal loans where it doesn’t matter what your credit score is. I could maybe get my dad to be a co-signer, but I want to try it on my own first. And don’t say scholarships/grants cause I already have the FAFSA filled out, and I’m also getting both the Stafford loans, Perkins plus I have the Pell grant and a couple others I believe. And I don’t like scholarships, writing essays on stuff I don’t care about is not my thing. But I need to be able to cover about another $1,000 or so.. otherwise I’ll have to pay about $114 a month and I don’t want to do that, so I wanted to take a loan out for a couple thousand. And I don’t want to be able to pay it back til after I’m out of school which will be December 2008.

and I don’t want any of those bogus websites for cash advances and what not. I want real sites where I can defer the payments til I graduate.

One of the fastest ways to get cash with bad credit, and little hassle, would be with a payday loan. Yes they have terrible interest rates but they are taking a risk. This site offers more details about the payday loans as well as various sites offering the loans, many without even a credit check. Do your homework. Best starting point is here:

Students who are looking for a bad credit student loan should pick three schools they are most interested in, talk to the admissions office, and ask what is needed to apply in their school.A bad credit student loan is payable only after the student has completed his or her education, and has started earning a certain minimum amount.

Since April 2005, the minimum amount that the candidate of the bad credit student loan is required to earn has also increased. Bad credit student loans are available as both secured and unsecured loans, depending on whether you are a homeowner or not. The rate of interest to be paid on unsecured bad credit student loans is higher than that on secured bad credit student loans. This is because the secured bad credit student loans are backed by your home as a security.
