Should I go to my lecture?
I just looked through the lecture notes and I already know all of the stuff off by heart because I learnt it in my final 2 years of high school, then I learnt it AGAIN last year in my degree at uni, and now I started another degree and I have to do it AGAIN. It’s just the basic really easy stuff and I can do it with my eyes closed because I’ve learnt it 3 times now.
But they say to do well you should go to all lectures. It’s just that I dont feel well, I want to stay home and do some maths catch-up and I already know the stuff they’re teaching today.
Should I go or stay home?

Secondly, there is a very slippery slope to missing class. If you are really ill, of course you shouldn’t go to class and make everyone else sick, but if it is just that you aren’t feeling your very best, that is easy to say most days, and you will find that if you skip this class, you will find another reason not to go in a week or two, and before you know it you will not have gone to class for weeks and will be panicking about your exam.
Plus, what if your professor changes some of the topics in the lecture without you knowing? You’re risking a lot by staying at home.
The teachers often times mention things in class that will help out on the tests.
