Should I apply for Dartmouth and Brown?
I have a 3.5 GPA and 2200 SAT, nothing that impressive. I live in Georgia so my in-state choices are not that great (UGA, yuck; GA Tech, no thanks). Basically, I want to just go out on a limb and apply these two Ivy Leagues just to see if what would happen.
Do I even have a remote chance to get into either of these schools, or should I keep thinking that these applications are just for fun so I won’t be disappointed?

You can apply to both but if you get in has as much to do with class ranking, extra curriculars and essay submissions and recommendations as it does GPA and SAT scores. You need to expect the worst and hope for the best.

Are you at a private or public school? You’re SATs are certainly Ivy-worthy and if you come from a competitive school, your GPA is adequate.
