Shakespeare, Othello question, to do with Desdemona and Othello’s relationship, please help?
I have a literature essay, and about the love in the play, and I’ve written a small section about how Othello tells Desdemona warrior stories and she cries, and Othello feels cherished because he’s never had a woman cry for him before. My teacher said I need quotes for it, but I can’t see any, could any one help me? Thank you x

Act I Scene iii. It is quite a long exposition by Othello in response to the charges that he “enchanted” Desdemona. 1 quote that may be of use:
“And often did beguile her of her tears,
When I did speak of some distressful stroke
That my youth suffer’d. My story being done,
She gave me for my pains a world of sighs:
She swore, in faith, twas strange, ’twas passing strange,
‘Twas pitiful, ’twas wondrous pitiful:
She wish’d she had not heard it, yet she wish’d
That heaven had made her such a man: she thank’d me,
And bade me, if I had a friend that loved her,
I should but teach him how to tell my story.
And that would woo her.”
