Science and sst for CBSE boards 2008??
How do I study science and sst for cbse boards class X 2008?
I mean, for science , should I study from the ncert on my own or should I read the chapter from my coaching-class book and then read the ncert? Or do I hire a tutor?
And what’s the best way to study social science? I don’t want to have the pressure of doing the entire three books at once in the end.

i appreciate your intentions of not studying at the end. c, i dont know your capacity/awareness in science. if it is average or even between average to good, i advice u to take the help of a tutor because it will help u in a few chapters which are typical and technical. if u r good at ur studies and have a good academic background then u can prepare by ur self by first reading the three detailed reference books[S.Chand publications] followed by furnishing with NCERT. at last u must also go through sample papers prepared by cbse[available on its website] and a book named TOGETHER WITH SCIENCE. i assure u that there will be no question in r exams out of that.
