Scholarships for Athletes ? !!!!?
i love football (or soccer) ! ive been playing it since i was a kid . I wanted to join the national team however “IB” or this program the school is following is preventing me from joining anyteam because im busy . I have a good GPa (3.9), and i still play in my school team that plays against other teams . However do you think i can qualify for a scholarship for athletics ? What are the usual standards and what’s the process to get the scholarship?

If you really want to play soccer in college. Choose the college that you want to attend for academically. While sending in your app., and transcripts call the athletic director or the soccer coach of that univ. and ask if you can join the team or ask for a scholarship. Usually a college scouts you, there are sites online I believe that you can post your info. and college recruiters look at it. I know like 4 kids in my grade who are being watched at by division 1 football coaches.
