Please guide me friends?

Hello friends. I am presently persuing my b.sc. in microbiology and want to do my M.SC. in biotechnology. Do you think it as a right decision in terms of my career oppurtunities or do you suggest me to do even P.hd to have an outstanding career oppurtunities. And also tell me one thing that who among these two is preferred first either a B.Tech biotechnologist or M.Sc. biotechnologist in an interview. Thank you friends for spending your valuable time.
