Nitrogycerine—or its derivitive is used in high explosives found on every munition in the world. It’s original purpose was for clearing troublesome tree stumps to clear a field–later the inventor had a prize for peace named after him—Nobel Peace Prize. Strapping bombs to a human being and having them blow up to murder people is a clear misuse.

The Fax Machine—Its purpose is to expidite communication and make things easier. Other technological advances make the machine obsolete but it is still in use. The mis-use??? Have you ever tried to fax something when you are on a deadline and in a hurry????

The copy machine–This is a wonderful invention and a centerpiece for any office to make duplicate paper copies. It is also a magnet for people who think it clever to sit on it and copy a picture of their behind. This happens with people drunk or sober. The lack of a copy machine is a huge burdon and every maintainance clause excludes drunken office party escapades.

GPS—awesome technology to help you find yourself when navigation is difficult. Now it is used as a tracking device to trace your every move. Big Brother is watching.

The cellphone—this device is great! When you forgot an item on a shopping list you just give honey a call. The down side is that people can call you at any place and time. It texts messages for cheats. It has created given additional misery to the socially inept jerk who leaves his cellphone on in theaters, funerals, weddings, etc. The boss can call you on the cell phone on your day off. This is an evil misuse of technology.
