Ok, I cant remember how to get percentages.?
I need to know out of 73,277 – 20,378 =58,899. So, what % is that 20,378? it’s like almost 30 % but how do I figure it out?

Divide 20,378 by 73,277 and multiply by one hundred.
If you’re inputting into a spreadsheet, leave out the multiplication and insert as a decimal fraction.

what you need to do is simple division. since your example is quite complicated, i’ll use another example that is similar:
what is 5 out of 7 in %?
5 divided 7 is less than 1 so the the answer will be 0.xxxx something
50 / 7 = 7 remainder 1
so the answer so far is 0.7xxxxx
bring down the 0 so 1 will become 10
10 /7 = 1 remainer 3
so the answer so far is 0.71xxxx
bring down the 0 so 3 will become 30
30 /7 = 4 remainder 2
so the answer so far is 0.714xxxxx
i don’t know how many decimal places you need, but 5 /7 is roughly 71.4%.
you repeat this process for your own example and that’s how you get the %.
