If I know that 1 US Dollar = .723746 Euros, and 1 US Dollar = 121.1664 Japanese Yen, what is a math formula I can use to find out how many Euros 1 Japanese Yen is Worth, or visa versa?

There is no formula. The value of the various currencies against each other is set daily in the money markets of the world and is based on a number of factors, including the state of the economy in each country, political stability or instability, interaction with trading partners, etc.etc.etc.
If you are just looking for the solution to the problem you have outlined, 7237.48 Euros = 121.1664 Yen.
Divide 7237.48 by 121.1664 and you will have the value of 1 Yen in Euros.
