To multiply like this we use FOIL.

First

Outside

Inside

Last

The first terms of the groups are v6 and 4v6. The v stands for the radical sign.

Multiply and we get 4v36 because we multiply those outside the radical with others outside the radical. Those inside to radical multiply with others inside the radical.

v36 can be simplified into 6.

4*6 is 24.

Continue using foil and then simplify.

Hope this Helps.^_^
