Montgomery GI Bill?
How much does a person get paid per month if they opted out of the “kicker”? All the info I have found only tells me the amouth with the kicker.

Going to school full time (12 credits or more according to the VA) is 1075 a month. As of October 2007 it is expected to raise 20-50 more. Depends on Congress. Now for all other amounts, like schooling 3/4, 1/2, or less go to www.gibill.va.gov thats the official site and can answer most questions.
