Mom wants to move out of the country!!!plzz answer?

well im from peru and so is my mom i came here bout 5 years ago..my mom wants to go back bc all of our family is there..and basicly we dont have a nesecity to stay here for. I would sooo go back with my mom but there is a catch to the story. I did something bad that im sorry for.. i chnged my report cards grade in math and if we move back we need a school certificate and it’ll show all my grades…right?

i swore to myself startin this next school year i wouldnt do it again but…now this came up soo i dont know wat to do and i really dont want to tell my mom i lied to her. My question is will my school certificate.. show all my grades (report card grades)?
