2. This is NOT a course. It is just an exam to test your levels of understanding in english. If you applying for a local university( Malaysia), it is compulsory for you to sit for this exam before proceeding/entering to the degree level. You can sit for this exam at anytime you wish.There are various tuition provider in the country. You can check with the nearest tuition centre with you.
3. The exam is held twice a year. (April/May) and (Sep/Nov). You can choose to sit for the examination anywhere you want. They will inform you about the examination centre (the one nearest to the place you have requested) where you will sit for the exam after you have registered.
