Usually, when someone completes Ruhi book 7, one doesn’t need a tutor. I think at book 7, one becomes a tutor to be honest with you. I’m in the middle of book 1 but I know some people that are completing 7 as we speak. Basically, when Sebastian goes to Malaysia, just have him contact the local NSA of whereever he’s going and they should be able to help.
