looking for apartment in college park to go to umd?
i want an apartment thats around 2 miles away is around $500 a person so $1000 for 2 ppl in 2 bedroom and has shuttle with 6month lease or month to month but also somewhere where its nice and students are living how do u know if alot of students are living where you want to rent?

http://www.hubbuzz.com. This site is great for finding an apartment because it describes neighborhoods like what they’re known for (e.g. if mostly students live there, if its a hippie town, etc.). Also you can search by price range, amenities, convenience, etc. Hope this helps!
