You know what I read that and it was SO boring. You can’t possibly contrast the characters differences because the characters are static. And right after they do anything they go and make long boring speeches that don’t make sense.

I wish I could be better help but that whole story doesn’t make sense.

1. Say they’re dead now and they weren’t dead in the beginning. (unless you haven’t finished reading it yet)

2. They either trust each other more or they trust each other less. (Anyone would be like that in that situation)

3. My understanding of the story is that it sucks and I expected better from Shakespeare. (lol just kidding) That people are weird and kill for no apparent reason. (In reality they actually had a reason to kill Ceaser that isn’t made very clear in the story)

4. The main thrust of the play is. . .(thinking) I don’t know.

5. I know that they emphasise Brutus’s relationship with his wife, Ceaser’s relationship with his wife, Brutus’s relationship with Ceaser, Mark Antony’s relationship with Ceaser, and Brutus’s relation ship with Cassius. And I think you’re supposed to be rooting for the main characters (I didn’t cause I thought they were stupid for planning to kill someone without too much reason) And I think you’re supposed to be sad when they kill themselves. (Also stupid)

Eh, I read Julius Ceaser, and I know your pain.

The only way I can help is by recommending a book that helps you understand what’s going on…

The book is called No Fear Shakespeare, the Julius Caesar version.

That’s the best I can do. Good luck!
