Is This Man NORMAL?

He’s father left him before he was boarn, he has never seen neither a picture of him. He was kind of sexually molested by a bigger kid and that left him with fear of someone touching him again for all his life, he even feared he’s own mother could do that. In the new country he was treated with racism and other kids went as far as crying if they had to sit by him. When he’s friends were mean to him he gived them money so that they would like him again, they also used to force him to blaspheme God in exchange of friendship. Now this dude is 20, i know him, he dosen’t talk a lot, he’s kind of strange and always wants to be around little girls, he has a strange look in his eyes but he generally wears dark sun glasses, he hasen’t got much friends and he works in building constructions, he failed his grade. Why dosen’t he behaves like other people?
