Is there some sort of website/book in which socially inept people can improve their speech skills?

I usually know exactly what I’m talking about, but I can barely tell others in the right way, causing major misunderstandings. It must focus on vocabulary, because I mostly have trouble talking through the internet or other nonverbal communication methods, but I also need a little help with verbal talking. It can either be free tutorials or a cheap book.
