Is there a site i can go that lists all the Native Americans in Las Vegas?

I highly doubt it. I would suggest contacting one of the tribes to inquire about your question. The site below has a couple contacts who had organized the Pow Wow in that area. They might be able to get you started in the right direction.

Sorry, but there are no RED pages. Something like that would be a serious invasion of privacy not to mention a security concern. It would be turned into a hit list by some idiot.

If your looking for someone in particular, and they have a phone, look in the phone book. If they live on the rez they STILL use the same phone company as off rez people. . .

There is no public database of Native Americans in Las Vegas. (Census 2000 counted over 20,000 self-identified NDNs in the area but I am certain there are way more than that now.) There are two tribes and several organizations that serve Native Americans in the area. However, it is doubtful that you would be able to access any of the tribes’ or organizations’ records for names of Natives in the area.

Just in case you’re interested in contacting any of the tribes or organizations, they are as follows:

Tribes:

*Las Vegas Paiute Tribe (federally recognized — less than 100 enrolled members)

*Moapa Band of Paiutes (federally recognized — about 300 enrolled members)

Organizations that serve Native Americans in the Las Vegas area:

*Las Vegas Paiute Tribe Health and Human Services (serves members of federally recognized tribes)

*Las Vegas Indian Center (serves NDNs and nonNDNs)

*Clark County School District Indian Education Opportunities Program (serves students in CCSD who are members of federally-recognized or state-recognized tribes)

*American Indian Chamber of Commerce (serves NDNs and non NDNs)

and probably even a few others.

These are people, not clubs…what on earth reason would you have to need that…

They are not clothing.

People dont catalogue each and EVERY one.
