Is the word ****** really banned?

“Hate speech” laws have nearly made it to where one can be arrested and tried, merely because some over-sensitive liberal becomes offended by what is supposed to be protected by the first amendment, FREE SPEECH!
The same people that claim to support our right to free speech, are the ones who fight to silence anybody they don’t agree with, or who says something that offends them.
They claim that the first amendment was written to only protect speech that is not offensive, but the whole idea of the first amendment is based on protecting those who speak their mind, from those who are offended and would desire to prosecute. After all, what one person says will ALWAYS offend somebody else in some way or another, but that is just how it goes. In all actuality, I would have to say the “N word” is banned for the most part, especially for white people, as it is now considered a “hate crime” if used toward blacks and other non-whites.
Although you will find very similarly sounding word in the dictionary
niggard
Main Entry: 1nig·gard
Pronunciation: ‘ni-g&rd
Function: noun
Etymology: Middle English, of Scandinavian origin; akin to Old Norse hnøggr *********; akin to Old English hnEaw *********
: a meanly covetous and stingy person : MISER
– niggard adjective
Which is definitely not the same, and I could never find out how the “n” word really came about. But because of the terrible conotation it evokes it is best forgotten
i know you meant a “curse word,” but i wouldn’t know if there’s no letter to figure out which one you meant… i can only presume it IS banned in YA! but illegal to say is up to you, i think 🙂
