If a girl has always had an irregular period, and has had sex during 3 months in which she has not had her period, can she get pregnant?

Of course she can. You ovulate a couple weeks before you have a period, typically, and so you don’t generally know until you have a period that you ovulated 2 weeks ago.

Yes! Unless you are taking some sort of birth control. I would take a pregnancy test just to make sure and give you some peace at mind!
