Well 140 is generally considered the genius level. However, you would have to take something like a Mensa test to get an accurate score. Most online tests are bogus and inaccurate.

Wow, a lot of people who have answered this have absolutely no idea what they’re talking about. I’ve researched this closely before and here’s a few more facts:

Average IQ- 85-115

Einstein’s IQ- just above 160

HIghest IQ ever- William James Sidis: IQ= 250-300

Your IQ is above average (your IQ has to be at 130 to get into the gifted program in my area) but just because you have a high IQ, it doesn’t mean you are automatically smart. An IQ is basically equivalent to your potential. (not that someone with a low IQ can’t be successful!)

IQ tests are a bit of bunk, but 146 is considered pretty good. Not genius or anything, just fairly bright.

I’ve seen some other comments and have to say, I’ve had four IQ exams in my life and they ranged from something like 152-186. I’m bright, but certainly no genius. I’d take it all with a grain of salt…some people (I’m one of them) simply test well.

You got confused. Your IQ is 16 and you are 146 years old (easy to get confused at this age.)

average iq is only 100. Bill gates iq is 136 as was Einsteins I believe. Only 1 per cent of people have an iq of 135 and over.

You might want to go to a psychologist and ask for more tests. See if you might have Asberger’s, or are merely a bright young man.
