Is it possible for me to transfer to UC Irvine or UC Davis?
Hi! I am a junior transfer student. My GPA is 3.0. I have got a C. Also, I have finished 80 hours of voluntary work before my study in the community college. However, I am not US resident. Do you think it is possible for me to transfer to college to UCI or UCD? Thank you.

3.0 is kind of low. UCI or UCD might be possible, but unlikely.

I don’t see any reason why not. The minimum required GPA for nonresident transfers is a 2.8. Depending on the courses you’ve taken, you may have already fulfilled the minimum requirements for transfer.
