Is it just me or do other people get very frustrated when using sallie mae to barrow loans?

I borrowed from Sallie Mae last year and hate it. Granted, there’s not exactly a lot of other options, but they are so unhelpful and now I’m in debt to them BIG time. Not to mention, when trying to apply for another loan through them, the website is IMPOSSIBLE to understand. Ugh. The things these companies put us through when we’re just trying to make something of ourselves!

There is no doubt that the financial aid process can be cumbersome. However, in most cases, the financial aid office at your school will help you through this process and try to make it as smooth as possible. Sit down with a counselor in the aid office and talk to them about the issues you have encountered trying to get your loan processed. Let the counselor try to do their job and help you out.
