Is 122 A Great IQ For A 13 Yr Old?
I Took An IQ Test Any My Scores Usual Range From 120- 130. I Recently Took One Today And It Said 122. Is It Good?

The national average (which is based on the average adult white male) is 100, so I would have to say that for a 13 year old, a 122 is quite exceptional. Your score is 22 points above the average ADULT. Pat yourself on the back, you have done well.

There are many standard IQ tests in use around the world. 100 is the average IQ on most tests though, so for a 13 yr old an IQ of 122 is very good.

IQ scores are not supposed to change with age. An IQ of 122 puts you better than about 92 to 93 percent of the population–if you were tested with a proper IQ test. The online tests are meaningless.

If you took it online then its not considered valid.
A real IQ test is done by hand and is proctored and timed.
FYI, the average US IQ is 100 with a standard deviation of 16.

Sorry, but because you took the test on-line, your score is totally invalid, and therefore cannot be used to say if it is good or bad.
Had you received that score through the means of a professionally administered I.Q. test (i.e., WISC-IV),then that score would have fallen in the “superior” range (120-129).
Remember, all on-line I.Q. tests are for “entertainment purposes only”.

Yes, 122 is quite good. But if the test is administered properly, it already takes age into account.
