Well, as Gandhi spoke English, what you are looking for is an intonation, or an accent. That’s pretty difficult to write down. In fact, it’s impossible.

Well, to do this, you have to research Mahatma Ghandi, and you have to read at least some of Hamlet. You have to know who Ghandi was and how he would react, and you have to know who Hamlet was and why he reacted the way he did.
