“If there is Star Section… There is also Best Section.. and that is… St…. Cecilia”?

By mentioning the Star Section and the Best Section, you seem to be referring to tabs on the Yahoo! Answers profile page. If so, the Star and the Best designations have nothing to do with each other. Stars are about interesting questions and Best is about best answers. They aren’t related, so they can’t really be compared. The way you stated it sounds as if you’re comparing them. It’s not clear what that’s supposed to mean.
Second, who is St. Cecilia? I know she’s the patron saint of music, but it sounds as if you’re referring to someone’s screen name on Yahoo! Answers. Is this person featured in the Best Answers section? I don’t know, and I can’t tell from what you wrote.
If you want to say that St. Cecilia is an excellent contributor to Yahoo! Answers, then just say it that way. Don’t try to get so tricky that no one will understand.
Finally, you called this a quotation. You misunderstand what a quotation is. You can’t write a quotation. You can’t create a quotation. A statement or phrase only becomes a quotation when someone else, someone other than the original author repeats it (quotes it). So it’s not a quotation until someone repeats what you wrote.
