IDK what to do for a mandatory talent show?

Okay, I have to go to LTC camp for school (Leadership Training Camp), since I’ve been voted VP in my school I’m required to go. They’ve mailed me a schedule and I saw “Show night” in other words mean “Talent Show”. Did any of you go there and know whether or not we could opt out?? Or can you make some suggestions?

Usually, I hate being on stage**

You should do a very cool dance with a group of people it is so awesome. I done this in the 3rd grade, 4, 5, 6, 7,8, i missed in 9nth and made 10, 11 and 12th. If you are nervous my mom said act like your in your bedroom or look over the peoples head at the talent show (the wall) and it looks like your looking at everyone and it looks like your not nervous at all.

Part of leadership is presenting/performing in front of others. Please get use to it.

A “talent” show can be anything and everything under the sun. The object is to entertain. Do you have any musical skills? If not do a comedy, create a cheer with a group, do a skit with others in the camp… Do a what not to wear (in camp), do a what and how to shop for yourself, your BF, GF, shopping is your talent show them how and why guys just can’t shop unless a power tool or some electronic gadget and if they don’t learn their mom or GF will have to do it for them…

i have never been in a talent show (thank god).

you should try to do something kind of cool that maybe doesn’t require you to do something totally embarrassing.

what about that musical water glass deal like in miss congeniality? that’s pretty cool.
